Men's Outdoor Soccer Team for Mississauga United - 2007 Season

The mens outdoor soccer team for Mississauga United this year, has been put together by the brains and perseverance of Jakub Cietwiekowski.  It is a collaboration of returning players from the 2006 championship and some new recruits, brought on through the winter. The men's outdoor soccer team for Mississauga United this season, is expected to be faster, stronger and more organized; however the opposition is also expected to have also improved significantly in the Erin Mills men's recreational league.

Last season saw the men's team put together in two months prior to the season starting, with no real plan in place.  In was a mix of different playing standards, with many individuals just thrown into a mixing pot, and expected to perform straight away.  Through great leadership and a common goal to always improve, Mississauga United were able to achieve the unthinkable and actually win their soccer league.

This season, the expectations are different; Mississauga United Soccer Club intend not only to improve by each game, but expect to seriously compete in the new tougher division that we are now competing in.  This is due to improvement in player personnel, and to the teams in built desire to win every men's outdoor soccer game that we play in Mississauga.

1	Mariano de Aranaga		Really good looking, funny and specially modest.
2	Omar Korshed
3	Brad Lapadat		Brad "The Butcher" is making his club debut with Mississauga United. While he looks a bit heavy coming in to this season at 215 pounds... history tells us he will be ready to do battle when it counts. Brad has a lot of heart and  rarely gives up a soft goal on the pitch. Rumours are circling claiming he has been working on his passing game this Winter. If Brad can develop a soft touch he will prove himself to be an invaluable two way player. Keep your eye on this character he has been fun to watch over the last few years.
4	Lee Moulson		27 year old Sales Director, born in England and long term boyfriend of Ewa. Enjoys health & fitness, playing sport and of course supporting Arsenal Football Club.
5	Amadeusz Cisek
6	Jakub Kowalczyk		I rock the field.
7	Greg Nowotniak		Born October/14/74 in Poland. 5"11  175 lb. Takes loosing personal.
8	Michal Antosiewicz		Born on October 8,1978.  I like to watch lots of sports, play sports, as well as play FIFA 07 on Xbox with my buddies.
9	Justin Spray		I am English born and football is my #1 passion, apart from my pregnant wife Julie and dog Mila!
10	Jakub Cietwierkowski		32 years old central midfielder from Mississauga, Ontario. Played soccer since I was 6 with some breaks in between.
